UNMS-U90D is an integrated small volume closed tube 90kV Microfocus X-Ray Source with hot cathodetechnology, small focal spot size, high magnification and stable X-Ray emission. It can penetrate electronic components, PCBs, assembly circuit boards, battery cells, etc. and obtain clear and high-quality internal structure images.
